Santo Domingo. Una fuente informa que Santiago Matías, productor de Alofoke Radio Show, sometió hoy ante la fiscalía del Distrito Nacional una denuncia por difamación e injuria en contra de Rafael Guerrero, conocido en YouTube desde su canal “Corrupción al desnudo”
El sometimiento de Santiago a Rafael Guerrero, llega luego que este último realizara varias entregas en las que sostenía que supuestamente Matías se dedica al lavado de activos, entre otros delitos perseguidos por las leyes dominicanas.
El representante legal de Santiago Matías es el abogado Félix Portes, depositó la documentación, alegando que Guerrero violó la ley 53-07 sobre Crímenes y delitos de Alta Tecnología, haciendo énfasis en los artículos que sostienen su denuncia que son los 21 y 22 de la referida ley.
Artículo 21.- Difamación. La difamación cometida a través de medios electrónicos, informáticos, telemáticos, de telecomunicaciones o audiovisuales, se sancionará con la pena de tres meses a un año de prisión y multa de cinco a quinientas veces el salario mínimo.
Artículo 22.- Injuria Pública. La injuria pública cometida a través de medios electrónicos, informáticos, telemáticos, de telecomunicaciones, o audiovisuales, se sancionará con la pena de tres meses a un año de prisión y multa de cinco a quinientas veces el salario mínimo.
